The Ronfini farm is located in Col San Martino, in the heart of the historic “Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG” area. These hills have been a UNESCO World Heritage site since 2019 for their unique landscape. Today, the business is family-run, managed by Leonardo and his son Matteo, who oversee the entire production chain, from working the heroic vineyards to the bottling process. From the start, they have firmly believed in environmental sustainability, prioritizing quality over quantity. As a result, the winery is now entirely underground, providing the ideal environment for storing the product; the rest of the farm is nestled among the hillside vineyards. Additionally, since 2011, the company has used a photovoltaic system to reduce its carbon footprint. Ronfini wines reflect the character of the hilly region, representing the ultimate expression of Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG in its Extra Brut, Brut, Extra Dry, and Dry versions. At the winery, you can taste and buy the wines, and visit the cellar and surrounding vineyards (by reservation).
