Nordic Walking Altamarca a.s.d.

Via Canonica 49, Farra di Soligo, Italy
It’s an outdoor activity that’s good for your heart and circulation, strengthens your arms and shoulders, improves posture, and tones your glutes and abs. Nordic Walking began in the Scandinavian countries many years ago and was first practiced by cross-country skiers as dryland training in summer and autumn. It was later refined and developed into a full-fledged fitness workout. It basically means walking with poles. Don’t think you’ll go faster or work less, because the key idea behind this discipline is to engage as many muscles as possible and, as a result, increase energy expenditure at the same speed and over the same distance. At the same time, it improves overall fitness.
